From 1 August 2026 we are holding our Hokkaido Fair. Seafood and produce raised by Hokkaido’s abundant nature — we visited the producers ourselves to choose seasonal ingredients found nowhere else.
Taste the land and the season as though you were travelling through Hokkaido itself.
We are also serving a side-by-side tasting of Hokkaido kitamurasaki sea urchin at its summer peak and Kawakatsu’s wild red sea urchin, the exceptionally rare “phantom Yura” that never reaches the open market.
